Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable: Sale items, used/damaged goods, and customized or made-to-order products.
Shipping Costs: Customers pay return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
